FEF prepares more than 1,000 New York City public high school students for success through career-connected learning in the hospitality ecosystem of food, business, entrepreneurship, and service industries. Through the PATH framework, students develop future-ready skills including communication, leadership, problem solving, professionalism, and workplace readiness. By connecting classroom learning to real-world experiences, FEF equips young people with the confidence, networks, and experiences needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving workforce.
