Emily Green is a real estate consultant and advisor based in New York City and represents both brands and Landlords in major metro markets nationwide. Emily joined Brand Urban in 2019 to pursue her passion for the development of emerging, cutting-edge brands and the creation of spaces and places that shape communities. Emily threads extensive market knowledge and data-backed analysis with a deep understanding of each of her client’s brands, businesses and goals to develop and execute successful real estate growth strategies. Emily plays an integral role in the multi-unit and multi-city rollouts of Maman, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Trader Joe’s, Shake Shack, WTHN, Cactus Club Cafe and Quality Branded Restaurants. Emily also partners with Landlords such as Urban Edge, Prudential, and Brand Street Properties to implement innovative merchandising and place-making strategies in select high-profile lifestyle assets. Emily is highly committed to a collaborative, team-minded approach.

Emily Green is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut and was recognized by the Commercial Observer among the Top Young Sales and Leasing Professionals in 2021.

Emily was raised in Fairfield County, Connecticut and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies and Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University.
