Raised in a big Italian family, Allyson learned early that great hospitality starts at the table. Over 15 years, she worked her way up through restaurants, ultimately leading high-impact teams: Director of Events & Marketing for the iconic il Buco group during its New York Times three-star period, then Director of Sales for Casa Nela in the West Village, which is known for Rosemary’s, Bobo, and Claudette. At One Haus, Allyson mentors a nationwide recruiter team and leads executive search and talent programs for high-growth brands—matching the right leaders to the right dining rooms at the right time.
Allyson lives the “guest first” mindset at work and at home—showing her son the magic of the NYC dining scene, hot yoga, admiring hotel lobbies around the world, and cooking outdoors for family and friends. Her happy place? A summer happy hour on the deck in Martha’s Vineyard.
