Our August 2025 Roundtable was hosted by Jason Eisen, General Manager of Tavern on the Green. Discussions focused on creating personalized experiences in a high-volume setting, the importance and time savings of outsourcing to professionals, and legacy into modernity, shifting perception for locals while inviting in tourists.
