Our February 2026 Roundtable was hosted by Massara! We were so thankful to have Chef Eunji Lee, Owner and Founder of Lysée, provide the delicious pastries for us. We had an incredible morning connecting and hearing from their leadership team about what Massara has overcome in the past year. Discussions included one restaurant, three openings, and navigating unforeseen circumstances. Members and guests had the opportunity to further discuss their strategies for making management roles more sticky and appealing.
