Our first meeting of 2026 was hosted by Limusina, the newest restaurant from Qulaity Branded! We heard from Adele Parodi, VP Development, Damien Good, Director of Hospitality, Kate Donnellan, Director of VIP Relations, with Quality Branded, and Emily Green, Senior Director, with Brand Urban. Topics of discussion included high-touch service experiences, what it takes to become a Quality Branded VIP, the QB approach to development that includes new locations and attracting new customers, and the sweet spot for maintaining a cutting-edge approach while leaning in to what they know as a legacy brand. Members and their guests then broke out into small groups to discuss considerations they’ve had to make to their customer experience as they’ve opened or scaled outside their immediate area.
