Our panel discussion featured Anne and Victoria, along with Carlie Johnson and Elizabeth Meltz, from MORE Coalition. Conversations included reinventing the concept of “excellence” in hospitality, confronting the issues that all life stages of operations and entrepreneurship face, creating programs to support these issues, providing resources for restaurant operators to learn and achieve financial literacy, and co-founding MORE Coalition to help bring more resources to more people in the hospitality industry.
