Founders & CEOs Workshop at Le Botaniste

We were thrilled to be hosted by Le Botaniste for a special workshop dedicated to Founders and CEOs of New York’s growing multi-unit hospitality groups. Laurent Francois (CEO & Co-Founder) and Alizée Wyckmans (COO) of Le Botaniste generously shared their origin story, their biggest challenges, and invited peers to weigh in on top-of-mind problems they’re working to solve.

Over 25 Hospitality Founders and CEOs from organizations such as Melba’s, Glaze, NAYA, Westville, Santo Taco, Veselka, Terra, Talea Beer, and more joined us and broke into peer-led breakout groups. These breakouts focused on the evolving role of AI in hospitality operations, marketing strategies that are sticking (and which aren’t), and shifting patterns in consumer behavior.

We were proud to feature Busy Bee Organics as our spotlighted food maker. Guests enjoyed an assortment of their vegan breakfast pastries.

Each participant also received a gift card to Le Botaniste to experience more of their innovative, plant-based menu firsthand!
