Our May 2025 Roundtable was hosted by Jon Murray, Founder of Noko. Discussions focused on a mission statement centered on the employee, fostering a culture of hospitality that starts with employees, what a robust benefits program can look like in action, the results 2 years in–for the employees and the business, then cycling back to the employees and how the philosophy “the guest signs the paycheck” results in high-touch, non-negotiable elements of service, in and out of the four-walls.
