Pathways Kitchen helps justice-impacted youth thrive over survive by providing training, work opportunities and individualized support to ensure they can chart their own path forward. Participants gain culinary and life skills while earning wages and building confidence. Since 2021, the organization has engaged more than 130 local youth, giving them job training, enrichment, and case management to support long-term success.
